  1. Preparation of financial statements and consolidated in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS):

Preparation of the Financial Statements must be done in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) which is a process that includes preparing and presenting the financial information regularly and precisely in accordance with principles and guidance of the IFRS. These standards are developed by the International Council for Accounting Standards and determine the internationally accepted methods of financial reporting. 

To ensure adherence to the IFRS standards, we prepare Financial Statements, analysis and presentation of Financial Statements, evaluation of financial performance of business, analysis of Financial Statements (Financial Position of the Company – Balance Sheet, The Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Capital  and Notes to Financial Statements).

  1. Financial and Commercial Due Diligence:

Research analysis related to the financial performance of the companies, in the manner to gain better understanding of the financial situation of the company and the future prospect.
