Mr. Jashari’s career path is marked by a robust blend of technical prowess and leadership acumen. With six years dedicated to the technology sector, he has carved a niche for himself in software engineering, full-stack development, web applications, and cloud solutions. His three years in managerial roles are a testament to his ability to guide teams and projects to successful completion. Focusing primarily on web applications, Mr. Jashari is well-versed in crafting modern software architectures and implementing cutting-edge cloud services, particularly with AWS.

An alumnus of the University of Prishtina’s Computer Engineering program, Nehar’s academic brilliance was recognized early on, leading to his selection for the prestigious Erasmus+ Program at NTNU i Gjøvik, Norway. His academic journey was further enriched by a six-month internship at SAP SE in Germany, a tenure that afforded him invaluable exposure to the workings of a world-renowned software enterprise.

Nehar’s professional journey, post-education, commenced in the local tech scene where he rapidly ascended from a Full Stack Engineer to a leadership role as a Team Lead at Starlabs LLC. His proven expertise and leadership skills propelled him to a pivotal position at Republika Agency, where he currently works as a Tech Lead. His notable contributions include spearheading the development of the FSTX ticketing platform, a linchpin for major festivals like Sunny Hill in Kosovo and Soho House in London. His role extends to offering tech solutions to Service95, an editorial platform initiated by the global pop icon Dua Lipa.

In his expansive role, Nehar exhibits a masterful command of technologies such as PHP, Laravel, and React.js. His strategic planning skills are matched by his adeptness in team management. His commitment to integrating business goals with innovative technological solutions is instrumental in fostering organizational growth and operational efficiency.
